Me (well, either of us)...

this, it will only take a moment and save some trouble...

This is
pretty much the sole point of contact for the entire site, at least for
the time being so you'll want to indicate why and what you are contacting
me (or my Wife) about. If there are problems with the site you can be sure
I want to know about it! Please do let me know what you've found wrong
(including typos as I am a pro a this) including a descriptoin of the problem
and the page the problem occured on. If you are contacting me about guitar,
computer, or web services be sure you mention this. Whether is is regarding
services I provide or about the critters or bikes, we'll get back with
you as quickly as possible. If it's a site problem I'll look into it immediately.
Many site issues are covered in the site
help and reading it might save the trouble of reporting an issue.

There
have been a number of occasions when someone became upset becuse they received
no response, but in fact they had and either their ISP or mail service
decided (falsely of course) that the response was spam or junk. If you
wish to insure you receve a response please be sure to "whitelist" therathole.org
in your mail client or ISP's mail settings. If you're not sure how to do
this you might want to call and ask as this is a growing problem for those
of us who are not spammers yet often affected by the measures used to combat
the spam plague. Sometimes responses from us will wind up in the junk or
spam folder despite your best efforts so please check there before you
think we've ignored you. I can assure you I would not unless it is one
of those rare occasions when someone was simply being malicious or trying
to spam us. For some reason the hosting service we use is sometimes rejected
by ISPs or mail services that are not happy with the way mail is sent.
The bottom line is you will not be ignored or blown off unless there is
very good reason.

AOL
has presented new challenges as well with their spam blockers being determined
by false spam reports their users have sent in. From time to time the hosting
company hosting this site has been blocked due to false reports, and when
that happens, nothing gets through from here and we cannot reply. If you
use AOL mail PLEASE do not report our replies as spam. We're not spammers,
we promise.
Those
of you simply wanting information on Aria, Aria Pro II, Westone, or any
other brands related to ones I own please do not contact me about this.
I am not in a position to continually answer questions that are already
answered in sites such as matsumoku.org
or westone.info. Due to the sheer
number of these questions I am unfortunately forced to disregard them.
