is
one of two kittens in a litter of four that arrived here the end of August
2004 via Meow-Meow, a lost pregnant cat we took in to give her a safe place
to have her babies. He has been here since his first moment. One of the
most laid back cats I have ever seen aside from those that seem to be catatonic.
I think he was born grining. This can can actually Grin! The corners of
his mouth curl up when he's happy or full (and eating is one of his favorite
activities). Belly rubs, and company at naptime also get big grins. He
could easily toss his brother Alvie around the house if he wanted to but
is just too laid back to go to the trouble. Skitters used to bully him
as well, but I think Skitters realizes his size doubles hers, and leaves
him be. Besides, if she does get testy he just lays down and grins at her.
"What, you think that hurt? Is that all you can do?" he seems to say. |
